- Day and evening hours required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, Nutrition, Nursing, Business, or related field
- Experience in using a behavioral and educational approach to lifestyle management
- Excellent communication and group facilitation skills
- Team oriented
- Willing to work flexible schedule
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate overall operations of this medically directed weight loss program
- Marketing and program development
- Leading patient groups and coaching patients using a behavioral and educational approach
- Responsible for staffing, performance evaluation, budget preparation, and policy and procedure development
