Financial Analyst
Location: Hospital
Department: Finance
FTE: 1.0 exempt
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
- Four to seven years experience required
- Healthcare auditing experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing financial internal control processes
- Prepares the physician compensation calculations
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the long-range planning module of the Decision Support System
- Team with Assistant Administrators and Operations Managers to provide financial resource on projects
- Identify revenue recognition and cost savings opportunities
